What payment methods can I use to buy on Shtotty?
Customers can pay with major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and also with a PayPal account.
Is Shtotty.com Secure?
Yes. You can see the certificate by clicking on the "green lock" on the address bar.
Where do you ship to?
Most Sellers ship to anywhere in the 48 US States & Canada.
If there are any restrictions on certain products, it will be stated clearly in the Product Description.
Who is selling the products sold on Shtotty?
Independent sellers register on Shtotty.com to post and sell their products.
Sellers process orders and handle all merchandise.
How much are the shipping and handling fees?
Every Seller on Shtotty independently reserves the right to their own Shipping & Handling Fees.
Based on the type of shipping and handling fees, they may appear on the Product Detail page, or otherwise will display upon checking out (before you confirm payment for your order).
Shtotty works similar to Amazon, so if you have products from more than one Seller, shipping and handling fees for each Seller will display separately.
Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
Every Seller on Shtotty independently reserves the right to their own Return or Exchange Policy.
Please read the Seller's Return or Exchange Policy prior to purchasing.
Please note that Shtotty is fully moderated and we only allow high quality items from professional Sellers to be posted on Shtotty.
If a seller is found to be acting in a non professional manner their account will be deactivate and they will no longer be allowed to sell on Shtotty.
Do you offer mediation in the event of a dispute?
Shtotty does not offer direct mediation, but we do oversee the entire site's operations, and will assist customers directly, if deemed necessary.
Please note that Shtotty is fully moderated and we only allow high quality and non-offensive items, from professional Sellers, to be posted on our site.

Is Shtotty "Mobile Friendly", or do you have a Mobile App?
Shtotty.com is 100% responsive and cross-plaform ready.
Which means you can use Shtotty.com on any platform, such as Mac or PC, on any browser, such as Chrome, Explorer and Firefox, and on any device, such as a mobile phone, tablet or PC.
We currently do not have a native phone app (we don't think it's necessary).
SELLERS
How do I register for a Seller account and start selling on Shtotty?
Once you complete and submit your request for a Seller account, it will be submitted for review. Upon approval, we will activate your account, and notify you by email.
The first time you log into your Seller account, you may be asked to update your password.
Where can I get get help on using Shtotty.com?
In the Knowledge Base you will find Articles on a wide variety of topics.
If you need technical support, or run into an issue or questions that are not addressed in the Knowledge Base, please open a Ticket and explain your issue.

How much does it cost to sell on Shtotty?
It's completely FREE to post your products up on Shtotty.
The fee to sell on Shtotty.com is 8% of the product price (including shipping, i.e. the total "check-out" price of the item).
There's no annual fee. And you can close your store at any time for any reason.
PayPal Fees:
Paypal is the only Merchant Account that allows for this type of payment system. (This was previously PayPal Adaptive, but now called PayPal Marketplace). read more here
PayPal is extremely secure, and with today's online cyber attacks is a good partner to have. All of your purchases are protected by PayPal.
Upon checking out the buyer is directed straight to PayPal where everything happens on the PayPal site, no sensitive information is captured by shtotty, making this an excellent e-commerce solution.
A customer can pay with any credit card that PayPal accepts, by clicking "Pay by Credit Card", or they can log into their PayPal account, which many people prefer, where their credit card information is already stored, making this a "quick check out".
Like all Merchant Accounts, PayPal also charges a fee. The fee is 2.9% + 0.30 cents per order. read more here
If you are a Seller residing within the USA or Canada:
Since Shtotty.com operates out of the U.S.A, you will not be charged the International PayPal Rates (i.e. 4.4%, plus a fixed fee based on currency received, read more here).

Are there any set-up fees to sell on Shtotty?
There are absolutely no set-up fees to set up your store.
You can open your Seller account on Shtotty for free, and start uploading your products in minutes!

Are there any annual fees for Sellers?
No. There are no annual fees to sell on Shtotty.
Do I have to be Tech Savvy in order to run my Shtotty store and upload my products?
You don't have to be "tech savvy" in order to upload products to your Shtotty store.
Uploading products is like writing an email and adding attachments.
You know your product best and will surely have all the required information.

How does a Seller get notified when they make a sale?
Once you get an order, you will be notified imediately via an automated message that you have made a sale.
You can also log into your Seller "Admin Panel" to view order histories and run informative reports.

Can you build my store for me?
If you would like us to build your store for you, there is a one-time set-up fee of $250 (for most stores, depending on the quantity of products and amount of customization needed).
This cost will include uploading your product details and images, color and price options, and shipping. (It may also include some advanced features depending on how your products are set up).
This fee may also cover some advanced options depending on how your products are set up, the quantity of products and amount of customization.
Please open a Ticket with a description of your products and store/website (if applicable), and we will be able to determine your needs exactly.
But what if I already have a website!?
Even if you have a website, keep selling on your website if you like.
Shtotty will be an additional source of income for you, and will tap into new audiences and markets that you may not be exposed to.
